About the Mediator
Lynda Hinkle is the principal of The Law Offices of Lynda Hinkle, LLC where she has done thousands of divorces, family court matters, estate litigation matters and more over the last nearly 15 years. An established and committed professional, Lynda is also down-to-earth and will provide honest feedback and real solutions. She received her training as a mediator over five years ago and has participated in hundreds of mediation and negotiation sessions. In those sessions, the kinds of issues you are facing were front and center.

Is Mediation Right For You?
Mediation may be for you if:
- You just don’t understand what is normal or what options you have to solve problems.
- You don’t know how to organize the issues but are committed to resolving them in a mutually acceptable way.

Mediation may not be for you if:

There is any history of domestic violence. Because there is a power imbalance that makes true negotiation impossible, our firm will not mediate cases where there is domestic abuse involved.
